If your product arrives damaged, not as described, or you change your mind within 7 days of delivery, contact us for a return or exchange. The product must be in its original condition with packaging and accessories.

14-day warranty

All products carry a 14-day warranty covering manufacturing faults. If a fault develops within the warranty period, we repair or replace the product at no cost.

How to start a return

Call +254 717 043 408 or email support@nexgen-gadgets.com with your order number, M-PESA receipt and a description of the issue. You can also visit our store at Old Nation House, First Floor, Shop B16, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi CBD.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to your M-PESA number within 1–3 business days. Refunds are issued to the same number used for payment.

Exclusions

Returns do not cover physical damage caused after delivery, liquid damage, or misuse. Software-related issues after setup are supported via phone guidance where possible.
