All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed only after M-PESA payment succeeds. A valid M-PESA receipt is required for pickup or delivery.

3. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery, which must be confirmed by receiving the parcel.
4. Returns
Returns are governed by our return policy: 7-day money-back guarantee and 14-day warranty.
5. Limitation of liability
