Nairobi
FREE same-day or next-day delivery. Orders confirmed before 2pm are usually delivered the same day within Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Kilimani and Eastlands. Other Nairobi estates are delivered next day.
Major towns in Kenya
Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Machakos and other major towns: 1–3 business days via trusted couriers with insurance. Delivery fee is quoted by phone before dispatch.
East Africa
Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda: 3–7 business days via regional courier. We confirm the delivery fee and timeline before dispatch.
Pickup
Collect your order free of charge at Old Nation House, First Floor, Shop B16, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi CBD (9am–6pm, Mon–Sat).
How delivery is confirmed
After your payment is confirmed, we call you on the phone number used at checkout to confirm the delivery address and schedule. Please keep your phone on and your M-PESA receipt ready.
